Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in LATEX document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

Author Guidelines

  1. Articles in the journal are through the electronic editorial board http://maths-physics-journal.ru (after preliminary registration of the authors).
  2. A separate file must be submitted to the authors' profile, which indicates for each of the authors: last name, first name and patronymic, place of work, academic degree and title, email address and contact phone number. In addition, you need to provide an expert opinion on the possibility of publishing the article in the open press (2 copies) and a license agreement.
  3. The article submitted to the journal should be a complete scientific research and contain new scientific results.
  4. It is not allowed to send to the editorial board articles already published or sent for publication to other journals.
  5. The percentage of originality should be at least 75%.
  6. Reviewing of articles is carried out by the editorial board of the series with the involvement of leading experts in the relevant field of knowledge. The decision to publish is made by the editorial board of the journal based on reviews.
  7. The editors provide authors with copies of reviews without a signature and an indication of the surname, position, place of work of the reviewer.
  8. In case of rejection of the article, the editorial office sends the author a reasoned refusal to publish. Manuscripts not accepted for publication will not be returned.
  9. The author is fully responsible for the content and style of work, the quality of the translation of the annotation.
  10. Articles are published free of charge.
  11. The article should be 6 to 20 pages long.
  12. The article is being prepared using the LaTeXe publishing system (Template).
  13. In each scientific article of the journal the following data should be indicated:
    • surname, name, patronymic of the authors (in full);
    • the place of work of each author (if any) in the nominative case. If all authors of the article work or study in one institution, you can not specify the place of work of each author separately;
    • contact information (postal address, e-mail);
    • title of the article;
    • annotation (at least 5-6 lines, formulas and references to literature are not allowed in it);
    • keywords (no more than 3 words or phrases). Each keyword or phrase is separated by another comma;
    • UDC and MSC codes;
    • ORCID iD.

All data should be provided in Russian and English

  1. At the end of the manuscript a list of references (at least 15 sources) is placed. To design the list, a sequential numerical style (Vancouver) is used: references are numbered in the order of their citation in the text. That is, sources in the reference list are numbered in the order of their mention in the text, and not alphabetically. Links to cited sources in the text of the article are formatted using the \cite{...} command. Links to unpublished works are not allowed.
  2. The list of references should be done in accordance with the following example.
  3. The list of references is fully duplicated in English.
  4. The most preferred form of presentation of illustrations are files in eps, jpg format with a resolution of 300 dpi.
  5. Submission of the article to the editorial office of the journal “Applied Mathematics & Physics” means the consent of the authors to the stated rules and consent to posting the full version of the article on the Internet in the public domain, as well as using personal data in the open press.
  6. The editorial office reserves the right not to accept works executed with deviations from these rules.
